Be brave !
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1 (King James Version)
Psalm 46
1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8

Faith
1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Hebrews: 11

Don't Worry over small matter
1) Must figure out what are the most important things, do not focus on the less important
things in life.
25Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? John 6
2) Do not worry over things which you cannot change.
Worry will not benefit you.
27Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? John 6
3) Our heavenly father will provide us with our daily needs.
Do our best and leave the rest to GOD. Do not be too worried about our Works, our family, our future. Plan or do what is within our ability, leave the rest to HIM.
26Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.John 6
4) Seek the will of God first, not our own will.
33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. John 6
5) Live one day at a time.
Live your life fully one day at a time, do not worry about things one hundred years later.
34Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. John 6
6) Request if you need help
6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Ephesians 4

Fear Ye Not, Be courageous!
Actually, we do not have to live in a miserable way, if we realize the followings:
1) That we are the children of God
14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Roman 8
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.John 3
We can ask God our father to bestow us with all the richness on earth. We do not have to be fearful of lacking in anything.
2) That God is all mighty
God created the universe. If we faced difficulties, we often look inside ourselves or look around for solutions. We should look up for solutions.
1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Psalm 123
3) That God forgives our sins
We are cleansed of all sins if we believe that Jesus Christ had died for us on the Cross. We should not live a life full of guilt and fearful that some punishments will come along due to our past sins.

Free from the bondage of fear
we will have:
1)Protection
Are not two sparrows sold fora farthing? and not one of them shall fall on the ground without your Father: but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear not therefore; ye are of more value than many sparrows. Matthew 10: 29-32
8Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings,Psalm 17
1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Psalm 23
1The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
2When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
3Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise
against me, in this will I be confident.
Psalm 27
2) Peace with others
14For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Ephesian 2
18If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Roman 12
3) Free from bondage of Sin
13For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
14How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
15And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance
Hebrews 9
14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Romans 8
Thus with protection, peace with others and free from guilt, we will truly be free from the bondage of fear.

Fear Not!
But if fear is excessive under normal conditions, it can bring disasters.
What bring fears:
1) Learned from the past experiences.
2) Unrealistic imagination. We must not be afraid of criticism, we should see things as God would see.
3) Ignorance of who God is really is. We tend to limit his power, or do not know who He really is.
4) Guilt. Afraid that He may punish us of our past sins.
5) Doubtful of God's Words.
6) Low self image.
The consequences of excessive fears.
1) Divided mind
2) Lowered self confidence.
3) Lowered potential
4) Destroying interpersonal relationship.
The Cure:
- Believe in God's Words:
11Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.
12Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.
13For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
Isaiah 41
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.2Timothy 1:7
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
Joshua 1 :9
- Set Focus on God instead on the fearful circumstances.
- Acknowledge fear.
- Identify fear.
- Exercise your faith.
- Verbalize the truth.

The greatest burden in our life
The consequences of sin are:
- Bondage
- Separation from God
- Living under the wrath of God
- Eternal death
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in
Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
We all hope that we do not have to face the consequences of sin. We hope that there is not judgement. Some people cannot accept that fact that there is judgement after dead. They hope that God is forever loving and kind so that they can still indulge in their sin.He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2: 24
24For Christ did not enter a man-made sanctuary that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in God's presence. 25Nor did he enter heaven to offer himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood that is not his own. 26Then Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. Hebrew 9:
