Faith is not contrary to reasoning and logic thinking.
Human reason has a limited range.What human reason cannot reach, we have to use faith to carry us to a further distance.
Faith is not built from emotion or feeling.
The principle of faith is like:
-The blind one got his sight back after he went to see Jesus.
-Put the legs into the Jordan river before it parted.
-Faith before seeing the glory of God.
11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.1 Corinthians 2
Faith is not based on the senses, it is based on what the scripture had said.
Faith is holding on to the promise of God, despite all the circumstances point to the contrary.
40Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?John 11

The meaning of Easter day
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.John 3
Jesus said:
11I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
17Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
18No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. John 10
The crucification of Jesus
22Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.
23And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
24When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
25Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
26Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
27Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.

19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Romans 5
6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

What Good Friday is all about ?
1) The sins of men
10As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; 11there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. 12All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one."18"There is no fear of God before their eyes."Romans 3
2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers,
disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;2 Timothy 3
20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

What does faith comes from?
Faith is imparted by God.
8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:Ephesians 2
How does God impart faith?
21And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.Romans 4
14But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.1 Corinthians 2
The responsible of men
We must be humble and willing to obey and listen before God can impart faith in us.
